John Kenneth Bona

John Kenneth Bona is an accomplished executive-level manager with a remarkable 30-year career in the field of Information Technology (IT), Project Management, Software Systems design and development,
Embedded Systems Design, and Technical Research. His expertise spans various domains, including
program/project management, hardware/software systems design, IT management, database design, applications software development, and patent development.

Throughout his career, John has achieved significant milestones and demonstrated his leadership
capabilities. He has held prominent positions such as IT Director and Startup Company Founder. With his extensive experience and expertise, John has successfully managed multiple ERP implementations, spearheaded the development of data warehouse and business intelligence systems, and led the creation of an integrated legal case management system. Additionally, he has played a crucial role in the development and support of powered card systems and their personalization.

John's contributions extend beyond project management and IT. He has excelled in technical research, right-sizing IT departments and fostering the growth of IT staff. He has also made notable advancements in areas such as RF interface for One Time Password Token and the formulation of cyber security policies.

Work History:

Director of IT – York Wallcoverings, York, PA (October 2016 – Present) As the Director of IT, John has been instrumental in leading the IT systems transformation at York Wallcoverings. His responsibilities have encompassed various aspects, including serving as the technical lead for an ERP upgrade, migrating local servers to hosting providers, transitioning local services to the cloud, upgrading the digital asset management system, and outsourcing EDI services. He has also implemented backup, replication, and failover services, devised a comprehensive disaster recovery plan, executed systems upgrades, developed cybersecurity policies, and integrated IT and ERP systems post-merger. Furthermore, John has overseen the consolidation of IT systems and networks following a merger.

IT Director – Pennex Aluminum, Wellsville, PA (February 2014 – October 2016) During his tenure at Pennex Aluminum, John played a pivotal role as an IT Director. He supported the Epicor Vantage ERP system, overseeing reporting system upgrades and functional improvements. He also led the planning and implementation of the Epicor 10 ERP system, which involved business process
mapping, requirements definition, and solution recommendations. Moreover, John contributed to the
successful implementation of the IQS Advanced Quality Management System and actively participated in the IT planning process aligned with the corporate strategic plan. His responsibilities included an
Active Directory migration, Cisco VOIP implementation, VMWare migration, WAN and MPLS network improvements, SQL Server upgrades, server consolidation, BCM TrackIt implementation, and utilizing
technical skills such as MS SQL Server, SSRS, Crystal Reports, VMWare, MS OS, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and MS T-SQL.

Product Development/CTO, X-Core Technologies LLC, West Chester, PA (January 2007 – July 2013) As the Product Development/CTO at X-Core Technologies, John spearheaded the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization to the creation of prototypes. His primary focus was developing products that mitigated fraudulent payments for financial institutions. He implemented technical improvements to prevent magnetic stripe cloning and incorporated dynamic data into the payment process to minimize the occurrence of fraudulent transactions.

Patricia Krivosh

Patricia Krivosh (Trish) currently resides in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University where she dual majored in Human Resource Management and Accounting. She also earnedan MBA in Accounting from Liberty University.

She has over 30 years’ experience in various accounting positions including cost accounting and manufacturing business accounting. She specifically has over 12 years’ experience working for GE, that is ranked among the Fortune 500 as the 33rd largest firm in the United States by gross revenue. Her extensive manufacturing experience allows her to be able to record production costs, calculate product costs, analyze variances between expected and actual costs, and provide financial reports tailored to the manufacturing sector. This type of management accounting experience allows her to be able to assist in functions such as budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial analysis that will help in evaluating business performance, planning future operations, and making strategic decisions to guide the organization towards its objectives.
